Troubleshooting

“Blur Native can’t be opened” or “can’t be verified”. Follow the install steps: right-click → Open on macOS 13-14, Privacy & Security → Open Anyway on 15 and later.

The installer won’t take my Windows folder. It also needs the disc or ISO. Point it at those instead.

Reinstall or move the game. Quit, delete ~/Library/Application Support/Blur Native/game and start again.

Can’t connect online. Make sure you’re on the latest release (Online). There’s no relay server, so players behind strict NATs may not be able to reach each other.

“No LAN games found”. Check everyone is on the same network and inbound UDP 3074 and 50001 are allowed (LAN).

Slow or stuttering. Lower the resolution, MSAA or Draw Distance, or set a Frame Rate Limit.

Crash. Launch from a terminal (see environment variables) to see the log, and report it with the output.
